Maybe my hyperbole detector is broken. The Conservative Christian's seemingly continuing approval of his policies is rather interesting, though. I don't think it's blind love. I think it just comes down to not being able (tactically) to admit your side could be even the slightest bit mistaken. It would be seen as a setback in the fight to "take back the country."
