However, I don't feel this way about "harder" drugs. To quote myself from an answer to a question from a scumbag, er, uh I mean defense attorney: Agent Davis, isn't it true that you don't make cases on marijuana distribution but concentrate on crack cocaine cases because the suspects are almost always black? "No sir. A pot head will give you his last joint. A crackhead will cut your throat for 5 dollars.
