What a week this has been! An internet blackout, Perry ends his campaign, and more scandal on Newt Gingrich. What fun! Here are some reading links for the weekend.
- A thank you note to the Internet from Senator Ron Wyden regarding Wednesday’s SOPA and PIPA blackout.
- Rick Santorum spoke out about SOPA and PIPA last night, but only after everybody else on stage opposed it. He previously supported it.
- Ron Paul went back to Washington this week and introduced a bill to repeal the indefinite detention section of the NDAA.
- Best picture of the week: Rick Santorum’s high school yearbook photo. There are other pictures there of other candidates, too.
- Stephen Colbert and Herman Cain are having a PR stunt rally in South Carolina. Cain is still on the ballot in South Carolina. Will this stunt compromise an election? We’ll find out Saturday night.
- Newt Gingrich committed a felony this week. Oops.
- A TSA agent stole $40,000 from a passenger’s luggage, and got a whopping 5 month prison sentence.
Have a great weekend. South Carolina votes in their primary tomorrow. I’ll be back Monday morning with my thoughts on the results from South Carolina.
